CUCMS interview (MBBS programme)

i just finished my interview just now. goshh, so relieved although i may not take it seriously and i'm not 100% prepared for it. fyi, this is a phone interview so i was kinda less nervous. they called me yesterday and told that my interview will be on today. so yes, i really dont know what to prepare and im kinda blurr for it. 

i've googled for cucms interview and sadly i didn't get anything that i want. most of them just told on how to be confident, just be yourself and etc. these are the basic interview tips for sure. so here it goes, they told me that they'll call me around 3-4pm and they called me exactly on 4pm just now. there are 2 panels and both of them are women from the medicine faculty. 

the early part of the interview they asked about yourself such as

• tell us about yourself
• how about your parents?
• how many siblings do you have?
• what are the qualities in yourself?
• tell us about your involvement in co-curriculum.

i've answered all of the questions very well i guess.

then it comes to the questions about the programme you've applied (mine is MBBS )

• where will you see yourself in 20 years from now?
• why do you want to become a doctor?
• tell us about the current issue of medical field.

and all of those questions above, i've screwed up -.- but still just answered them with confident. don't simply said that you want to become a doctor to help people (that is so cliche). try to impress the panels with your moderate answers :) do not simply talk before you think and if you really don't know the answer just say i'm sorry for not prepare for this kind of question.

they also asked about the college itself

• why do you choose CUCMS?
• have you ever went to CUCMS' website? tell us what have you interested with it.

they also asked a few other questions about scholarship,leadership skills and so on.
lastly, just prepare a question(s) for them and make sure it is a relevant question.

hey there people. my sister and I were starting our own business last April. it is not a big business though. we're just trying to clear up our closet. we're not intend to gain any profit so we're selling our preloved items on the lowest price.

Asasi Sains UiTM kampus Puncak Alam

well, budak2 lepasan spm mesti suda dpt result upu kan? happy? anyone dapat asasi sains uitm puncak alam ? you come to the right place :) I know you guys must be really excited aite? so , here are some info about uitm puncak alam.

uitm puncak alam for short PALAM kira jauh laa jugak dari bandar and tempat nie mmg sesuai sgt utk study jauh dari semua gangguan. klu maw release tension pun weekend ja laa and round2 sekitar palam pun cukup sebab tempat tue tersangat laa besar. palam yg sekarang nie pun baru fasa 1 means nanti memang akan maju laa suda palam tue. transport, guna bus rapid. to shah alam almost 1 jam, to KL 2 jam laa. so kalau maw jimat masa sila laa sewa kereta hehe mcm kami dulu. emm, kalau naik bas masa byk terbuang dngn menunggu bas sebab bas rapid nie setiap satu jam baru ada, so pandai2 la k. kadang2 tension jugak sebab transport di palam tersangat laa susa, klu maw keluar pun fikir dua tiga kali. but believe me, palam saaangat best ! pagi2 siap ada kabus lagi :D

tempat tinggal pula rasanya uitm puncak alam jaa ada tempat tinggal 5 stars. well, i gave 4 stars sebab teda dapur / pantry. so duit byk guna utk makan. tmpat tinggal or we called as college ada dua, Rafflesia and Angsana.  I was once at Rafflesia. so our kolej is basically like an apartmen, satu rumah ada 8 orang and 1 bilik ada 2 orang which means dalam rumah tue ada 4 bilik. semua keperluan cukup . katil (single), meja study luas, loker standard and toilet dalam setiap rumah. so no more sharing toilet macam asrama . ouh, internet connection pula setiap bilik ada LAN so bawa laa LAN cable masing2 k.

tempat nie laa untuk sesi orientasi which we called as MDS (minggu destini siswa/i). orientasi macam biasa jaa, time nie kamu officially jadi student asasi Palam. isi borang, get used to the faculty etc.

tentang pemakaian pula, uitm x berapa strict sgt , monday is the corporate day and yes of course lelaki pakai baju formal, perempuan baju kurung, ayu gitu :D selasa , rabu and khamis is up to you ! i mean pakai pakaian yg x menjolok mata, appropriate. girls, ouh please x payah laa maw pakai over the top sgt kita kan pegi belajar bukan pegi fashion show #justsaying . x pyah laa maw pakai high heels bagai sebab palam ada 250+ anak tangga. sakit kaki tanggung sendiri. jumaat paham2 jaa laa kan, perempuan baju kurung of course lelaki sebaiknya pakai laa baju melayu tapi bole jaa pakai baju biasa.

part study pula, ada 6 subject and batch 11/12 is the first batch yg belajar BEL (english) and CTU/IDA (agama). basic subject mathematics , chemistry , biology and physics. macam biasa, ada lecture, tutorial and lab. every mark counts okayy, so sila laa rajin-rajinkan diri pegi class. pasal buku nanti pihak uitm akan bgtaw. books for chemist , physics ngan bio compulsory and harga agak mahal. compulsory sebab setiap buku ada code no untuk buat assignment online. so x bole laa maw waris2 buku. buku maths pula , just guna buku matriks siapa maw save duit just email me okayy :) daripada simpan di rumah nie baik bagi kamu kan. hee~BEL , CTU and IDA tue up to you guys, ikut lecturer juga kalau kena suruh beli jaa laa k.

cara study pula, just rajin2 kan diri buat tutorial. tutorial mmg byk laa and benda tue mmg cukup suda utk skor tym final. mmg teda masa laa maw main2 time asasi nie. banyak tanya dgn lecturers and tutor. kalau bole, skor laa utk carry marks ( quiz, test and lab report ) so nnt tym final exam x laa susa sgt :) final for 50%. aim for 4 flat okay? padahal diri sndiri pun xdpt 4 rata tue -.-stress time study nie mmg normal. jangan risau , setiap apa yg kita usaha tue insyaAllah ada hasil :) 

there's no such things uitm nie universiti tolong orang melayu, pelajar uitm teruk laa and byk laa lgi nda x baik. belajar mana2 pun sama yang penting diri sendiri.
